POLICIES:
Retainer/Deposit: At the time of booking, A NON-REFUNDABLE Retainer 50% of the total is REQUIRED to secure your appointment date and time. your session retainer can be made through Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Zelle. Appointments made without a retainer may not be honored and are subject to cancellation. Payment of the retainer acts as an agreement to all my policies.
Payment: Remaining payment of 50% must be paid in full immediately after the shoot via Cash,Cash App, Paypal, Apple Pay, or Zelle. Checks are not accepted. Prices are subject to change per service agreement and additional services that may be provided on site (add-ons).
Travel Fees: A varying Travel Fee will be applied to all outside portrait | Lifestyle Shoots that are outside of the Las Vegas Area.
Cancellation: If you are unable to make your photo session all retainers will act as your cancellation fee and will not be refunded. In the circumstance of needing to reschedule it should be with 72 hours of advance notice. All attempts to reschedule after the 72 hour period are to the discretion of the photographer and will be subjected to a re-booking fee. In the event the photographer cannot perform this contract due to fire, illness, act of god, or any other cause beyond his control a refund will be processed.
Turnaround time: All Raw Images will be delivered within 24 hours of the shoot. For In Studio Sessions you are allowed to pick your favorite 6 images to be edited, there is a turnaround time of 6-7 days after your selection has been made. For Outside Portraits and Lifestyle Shoots you’re allowed to pick your favorite 10 images to be edited, there is a turnaround time of 2-3 days after your selection has been made. For the 30 Minutes Lifestyle Shoot you’re allowed to pick your favorite 5 images to be edited, the turnaround time will also be 2-3 days after your selection has been made.
*Before purchasing ensure we have a written agreement stating i’m able and willing to perform my duties, and also am available for the day and time you wish to schedule.
Studio Location: Studio is located in the Downtown Las Vegas Area. The full address will be provided upon booking and confirmation of the retainer being received.
Reschedule: In order to reschedule you must communicate the change as soon as possible. 72 hours of advance notice is needed, anything within the 72 hours may subject to cancellation or being denied.
